Accepted Insurance & Rates

I accept private pay and am In Network with most plans for the following insurance companies:

• Blue Cross & Blue Shield

• United Healthcare / UMR

• Firefighters Healthcare Trust

• Multiplan

• Nebraska Medicine Employee Health Plan 

• University of NE Employee Plan

I am considered Out of Network Providers for other insurances.  Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.  You may contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.  Fees you pay for therapy services that are not reimbursed by insurance may be a deductible as medical expenses if you itemize deductions on your tax return. 

RATES:

Initial Session:  $300

50 Min. Individual Session: $200

50 Min. Couple/Family Session: $250

60 Min Session:  $250
